Document Preparation - Much of our data management work begins in our Document Preparation Department where slitting, extracting and sorting and coding is done prior to data capture. Thousands of documents pass through the hands of our staff each day! Our Document Prep staff also processes exception items.

Data Capture - NOYBL LAB has the capacity to scan and convert all types of paper documents into computer formats. Our state of the art facility has the latest hardware and software technologies to handle huge volume of paper documents. Our proven NOYBL LAB Methodology has all the processes in place to handle NOYBL LAB challenging documents that are of varying size, color, shape, age, and texture.

Indexing and Validation - The most time-consuming and costly element in document management is indexing. NOYBL LAB will work very closely with its customers to define the key fields that need to be captured in the paper documents. NOYBL LAB offers a wide range of indexing methodologies that provide the most efficient and economical way to get documents into your system. Based on the quality of the documents we'll use either manual or automated tools to capture key fields in the documents. While indexing we'll also validate the data we're indexing.

Data Conversion and Storage - NOYBL LAB will work with its customers to define the format for which the data must be converted. According to the requirements we convert the data and then store it in any media like CD, DVD etc. We can also securely transmit the converted data back to our customer's Servers using high-speed Internet connections.
